Who is responsible
ZACIDEAS SRL is responsible for personal data collected through this marketing site. Contact us at [email protected] for privacy requests.
What this site collects
This static site does not set cookies, use analytics trackers, or load third-party scripts. The booking demo runs in your browser. Names and email addresses entered in the simulation are kept only in page memory and disappear when you leave or reload; they are not submitted to us. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send.
Messages you send
If you contact us, we use your message and contact details to answer your request and discuss setup. The legal basis is taking steps you request before a contract or our legitimate interest in responding. We keep routine enquiries only while needed to answer them, then delete them unless a contract or legal obligation requires a longer period.
Server logs
Cloudflare Pages, our hosting provider, may process technical request logs, such as IP address, time, requested URL and browser information, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure site. Access is limited to what is needed for security and troubleshooting; retention follows the hosting configuration and applicable law.
Booking and payments
This demo does not take payments. In the live booking product, an operator uses their own Stripe account. Stripe processes payment information under its applicable processor terms and privacy notice. The operator is responsible for the privacy information shown to guests booking its tours.
Sharing and transfers
We use service providers only to run the site and product. Our host may process technical data outside your country under its applicable data protection terms. WhatsApp and Stripe have their own privacy notices when you choose to use those services.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Contact [email protected] to exercise your rights.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change. The date above shows the latest version.
